Board 360, the credit union board training application, now contains Stabilization Central of BC’s Principles of Good Governance board training and assessments. These assessments are ideal for any credit union wishing to evaluate their board’s strengths and areas for improvement.
Training consists of an eLearning course explaining the principles, as well as an exam for directors to test their understanding of the principles. The assessments are easy-to-use multi-question forms where directors provide their assessment of how the board is performing in relation to the six Principles. Each director’s answers are summarized in an individual assessment report.
A consolidated report provides training administrators and credit union management with an aggregated listing of all board members’ assessments, as well as individual member reports.
