Our first application, The Learning Center (TLC), was originally developed as a solution to manage employee education for the purpose of enhancing member service. Today, CU Training is a leader in innovative, effective e-learning systems, providing solutions to hundreds of credit unions across North America.
Our learning solutions have been developed and are maintained by credit union specialists and subject matter experts and tailored specifically for credit unions. Our approach is to deliver content-rich, online programs focused on credit union legislation, products, services, procedures, and “the credit union difference”.
TLC 360 is a powerful learning management system that includes an extensive library of credit union courses, and optionally, business skills development courses from elearning provider Skillsoft. TLC 360 is a powerhouse application designed to help credit unions manage risk and maximize return on their training investment.
Board 360 was created to meet the professional development and training requirements of credit union boards and directors. Built in collaboration with industry experts and input from organizations such as DICO and SCCU of BC, Board 360 is an advisory, training, and reporting tool designed to help your credit union build a better board.
